Symphony Pointe, an Agemark Senior Living community in Elkhorn, Nebraska, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee restaurant and bar operations, build a strong dining team, and deliver exceptional hospitality in our upscale senior living setting.

You’ll lead day-to-day operations, plan events, ensure food quality and safety, manage budgets, and engage residents and families with a personal, caring approach. We value commitment, integrity, professionalism, and compassion.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day food, beverage, restaurant, and bar operations

• Create an exceptional dining experience centered around resident preferences and hospitality

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong dining services team

• Maintain appropriate staffing and scheduling to support daily operations

• Be a visible, hands‑on leader and step in to support the team when needed

• Plan special dining experiences, events, and celebrations

• Oversee food quality, presentation, service standards, and resident satisfaction

• Manage food safety, sanitation, regulatory compliance, inventory, and budgets

• Build relationships with residents and families and respond to feedback with care

What We’re Looking For

• Food and beverage management experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, restaurant, or similar operations

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills

• A hospitality-focused mindset with high standards for service and quality

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to balance management responsibilities with hands‑on operational support

• Hospitality education or relevant certifications are a plus

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

• Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as operational needs require
