Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple dining outlets within a luxury hospitality environment. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences by leading service teams, maintaining operational excellence, supporting financial performance, and upholding high standards of food, beverage, and hospitality service. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest service.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service and adherence to luxury hospitality standards. Lead shift operations, making real‑time decisions to support guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Maintain a visible presence on the floor, engaging with guests and supporting team members throughout service. Ensure opening, shift transition, and closing procedures are completed consistently. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally while providing effective service recovery. Collaborate with culinary, banquet, stewarding, and hotel operations teams to ensure smooth daily execution. Recruit, train, coach, and develop supervisors and front‑line team members. Conduct daily pre‑shift meetings and provide ongoing performance feedback and recognition. Support staffing plans, scheduling, and labor management based on business demands. Monitor payroll, inventory, ordering, cost controls, and departmental budgets. Drive sales performance and identify opportunities to improve operational profitability. Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, health regulations, and company policies. Ensure service standards, SOPs, cleanliness, and product quality are consistently maintained. Complete incident reports and promote a safe working environment for guests and staff. Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, dining concepts, and guest offerings.

Qualifications

3+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience in full‑service restaurants, hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality environments. Experience managing multiple dining outlets preferred. Background in upscale dining, luxury hospitality, or resort operations is highly preferred. Proven ability to lead high‑volume service teams while maintaining exceptional guest experiences. Strong knowledge of labor management, scheduling, payroll, inventory control, and financial reporting. Experience with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and hospitality management software. Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment. Passion for hospitality, guest service, and operational excellence. Wine knowledge, beverage program experience, or sommelier certification is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
