Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc in Colorado Mills, Lakewood, Colorado is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to lead our new family entertainment venue. You will forecast, plan, and manage all F&B operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience while guiding a proactive team.

Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is required. You must be 21+ to handle alcohol service, with responsibilities spanning staffing, budgeting, inventory, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years food & beverage management experience, preferably in the restaurant / fast food / hospitality industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by being constantly visible and readily accessible to our customers.
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Investigates and resolves customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
• Selects, coaches, and develops effective staff for the Food & Beverage Department.
• Holds weekly staff meetings with department supervisors to discuss and resolve issues relating to operations, staffing, customer service, etc.
• Issue disciplinary actions for department staff.
• Monitors food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure quality.
• Schedules and receives food and beverage deliveries, checking contents for quality and quantity.
• Conducts alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies.
• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Monitors department budgets and payroll records, and reviews financial transactions.
• Conduct & monitor department inventory, submitting weekly & monthly reports.
• Enforces compliance with all local, state, federal regulations and company policy pertaining to safety and health.

We’re looking for a Manager to help lead the team at our brand-new family entertainment facility opening soon at Colorado Mills, Lakewood!

The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager is responsible for managing all F&B operations and delivering an excellent customer experience. They will forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance.

Please note you must have a High School Diploma or GED to apply.

Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is required.

All of management will handle and serve alcohol - as such, you must be at least 21 years or older.

Essential Duties:

Customer Service:

• Conducts alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies.

Operations Management:

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Monitors department budgets and payroll records, and reviews financial transactions in order to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted.
• Conduct & monitor department inventory, submitting reports on weekly & monthly basis.
• Enforces compliance with all local, state, federal regulations and company policy pertaining to safety and health.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years food & beverage management experience, preferably in the restaurant / fast food / hospitality industries.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust and activity can be expected.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
• Required to stand and walk for extensive periods of time without breaks during busy times.
• Lifting and/or moving up to 100lbs with assistance is required.
