Job Description: Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager

The F&B Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring a memorable customer experience. Key responsibilities include forecasting, planning, managing staff and finances, and maximizing sales, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Essential Duties:

1. Manage daily F&B operations within budget and quality standards.
2. Monitor food preparation, presentation, and portion control to ensure quality.
3. Handle deliveries, verifying product quality and quantities.
4. Oversee budgets and payroll, review financial transactions.
5. Address and resolve customer complaints related to food, service, or facilities.
6. Ensure compliance with alcohol serving processes and legal requirements.
7. Maintain high levels of customer service and internal communication.
8. Adhere to health and safety regulations.
9. Control alcohol and age restrictions per company policies.
10. Be visible and accessible to customers to enhance satisfaction.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.
12. Monitor inventory and submit reports regularly.
13. Train, coach, and discipline staff as needed.
14. Hold weekly staff meetings to address operational issues.
15. Maintain a strong floor presence to support sales and troubleshoot.

Non-Essential Duties:

1. Manage confidential information and supervise staff per company guidelines.
2. Ensure the maintenance and appearance of facilities meet safety and environmental standards.
3. Enforce compliance with safety, loss prevention, and regulatory policies.
4. Perform opening and closing duties, including security checks.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in entertainment or hospitality sectors.

Must be at least 21 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.

Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is required.

Staff handling and serving alcohol must be at least 21+.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

Work is performed in a lively bowling/arcade environment with high noise levels. Physical demands include mobility, standing, walking, handling objects, and lifting up to 100 lbs with assistance.
