Job summary

Resolute Road Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead all facets of food and beverage operations, ensuring service excellence and brand standards across the property. You’ll coach a diverse team, monitor costs and quality, coordinate banquet and event services, and partner with leadership to drive guest satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire restaurant and banquet staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members for operational excellence.
• Oversee daily operations including food prep, service, and presentation with food-safety in mind.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining spaces.
• Support banquet and event setup, service, and breakdown.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Foster a welcoming environment reflecting brand standards and values.
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs, labor, and inventory to drive profitability.
• Forecast business needs and manage supply requisitions to maintain readiness.
• Enforce compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Ensure safe use and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Serve as a visible leader across all property areas.

Your Role

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth execution of service, quality standards, and operational efficiency. From managing day-to-day operations to driving profitability and leading a high-performing team, this role blends hands-on leadership with strategic planning to deliver exceptional guest experiences in alignment with brand and company standards. What You’ll Do

Education & Experience

• Brand standards and/or additional training required.
