Job summary

Resolute Road Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead restaurant and banquet operations, drive service excellence, and optimize profitability across all dining spaces. You will mentor teams, enforce safety standards, and deliver remarkable guest experiences that align with brand expectations.

You will oversee budgeting, cost controls, and supply management, while partnering with leadership to train staff and elevate performance in a fast-paced environment in Bend, Oregon.

Your Role

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth execution of service, quality standards, and operational efficiency. From managing day-to-day operations to driving profitability and leading a high-performing team, this role blends hands-on leadership with strategic planning to deliver exceptional guest experiences in alignment with brand and company standards. What You’ll Do

Education & Experience

• High school graduate or GED preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• ServSafe Certification
• TIPS or equivalent
• Any requirements unique to local and state regulations required
• Brand standards and/or additional training required.
