Job Summary:

Would you like a job where no two days are the same? Where you get to interact with guests from around the world? As a part-time Quick Service Food & Beverage Cast Member at Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort, you will be part of a tight-knit team serving delicious food in a fast-paced, friendly environment. You will be trained to answer guest questions, share information, and provide the Disney experience that makes our guests' vacations special. The goal? Nobody goes hungry, and everyone leaves smiling!

Starting pay rate is $18.90 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in menu evolution based on guest feedback at Palmetto Dunes and Tide Me Over locations.
• Take guest orders, operate the POS system, handle cash, fulfill orders, prep food, stock, and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Be fully trained on resort knowledge to enhance guest experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Full availability for a full-time schedule
• Previous cashier and quick-service restaurant experience
• Attention to detail and ability to see projects through
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
• Basic computer skills, familiarity with Google and Microsoft
• Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills
• Proactive, resourceful, flexible, and a self-starter
• Problem-solving skills and a desire for continuous improvement
• Ability to speak a language other than English
