Job Description
POSITION: Food & Beverage Cashier – Utility Worker
HOURLY RATE: $15.00 - $19.50 per hour based on experience FLSA Status: Full-Time Non-Exempt

Description
We are hiring F&B Cashier - Utility to join our team at Two Kings Casino.

Responsibilities:
• Performs cashier duties using the POS system.
• Cashiers according to established procedures, maintaining cash accuracy with receipts. Makes deposits at the end of
each shift.
• Inventories and restocks supplies and food products.
• Set-up serving line, ensuring temperatures are taken, recorded and within acceptable ranges; notifies management if
food temperatures are not within acceptable limits.
• Serves hot and cold items to customers.
• Set up items for purchase daily.
• Keeps refrigerator stocked and product rotated using the first in, first out rule.
• Stocks pantries with correct par levels of food items on a daily basis. Records replenished amounts on floor stock.

• Cleans work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow direction.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Basic math skills: ability to accurately count change and balance bank
• Must obtain their serv-safe food handler and alcohol certificate prior to starting at the casino.
• Must adhere to all Catawba Gaming Commission regulations and guidelines.
• Must adheres to performance standards, company policies and procedures, as they relate to the department.
• Must have the ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift.
• Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 60 pounds and place items on high and low shelves in storerooms and freezers.
• Frequent reaching, twisting at the waist, bending, and squatting.
• Pushing and pulling occasionally, to move equipment, mops, and brooms.
• Will be in contact with cleaning agents.
• Frequently immerses hands in water.
• Works frequently in a hot and damp environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment.
• May be required to work evening, weekends, and holiday shifts.
