Role Overview: A Food and Beverage Cashier is responsible for totaling and processing guest food and beverage purchases, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and acknowledging guests upon check-out.
• Accurately totaling, processing, and collecting payments, including handling money, credit/debit cards, and gift certificates.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues or concerns, with supervisor assistance if needed.
• Responding to guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
