Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving, bussing tables, assisting in kitchen, maintaining dining room cleanliness, and recording transactions per Civitas policies. Prior experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional Service: Deliver top-notch hospitality in a team-oriented setting.
• Versatile Role: Waiting, taking orders, setting and bussing tables, serving, and ensuring a pleasant dining room appearance.
• Kitchen Collaboration: Assist with dishwashing, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Detailed Excellence: Complete all shift duties, including stocking, POS entries, and dining room arrangement.
• Menu Mastery: Know every menu item and special to confidently answer diners’ questions.
• Documentation: Record mealtime transactions according to Civitas policies & procedures.
• Community Engagement: Interact with residents and guests and respond to their dining needs.
• Safety First: Ensure compliance with sanitation, food handling procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Adherence to Excellence: Follow all food and beverage protocols and procedures in alignment with our mission.
