Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to program staff; handling inquiries, scheduling calls and meetings, maintaining a program calendar and files.
• Maintain grant files and use FLUXX to manage grant information.
• Prepare grant documentation for approval by Program Director.
• Coordinate logistics for staff travel, meetings and events; support grantee gatherings.
• Conduct media scans on current events in agriculture development relevant to CA, Midwest, and Southeast.
