THE BEST PLUMBING GROUP LLC is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our Tampa team. You will diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, install water heaters, fixtures, and water treatment equipment, and provide five-star customer service on every visit.

This role focuses exclusively on residential service and repair with no commercial work, offering opportunities for advancement and a take-home company van, company car, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Residential service plumbing experience required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Install and replace water heaters (tank, tankless, hybrid, power vent, gas & electric).
• Replace faucets, toilets, and garbage disposals; service water filtration and softener systems.
• Repair leaks, drains, water lines and sewer issues; perform inspections and explain options to homeowners.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Install and replace:
• Water heaters (tank, tankless, hybrid, power vent, gas & electric)
• Faucets
• Toilets
• Garbage disposals
• Water filtration & softener systems
• Fixtures and shut-off valves
• Repair leaks, drains, water lines, and sewer issues.
• Perform plumbing inspections and clearly explain repair options to homeowners.
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining a clean and professional work area.
• Accurately document work performed using our mobile app.
• Provide five-star customer service on every visit and get bonus.

What We’re Looking For

• Residential service plumbing experience required
