Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site team to deliver high-quality programs and provide customer service.
• Implement site protocols and safety regulations; train staff as needed.
• Coordinate field trips and communicate with parents/guardians.
• Maintain attendance and ensure activities match age/skill levels.
• Oversee staff schedules and timesheets; coordinate fill-ins as needed.
• Attend staff trainings and perform other duties as assigned.
