Job summary

Ōnin Group is hiring a Folding Operator for its St. Charles, MO facility. You will manage folding operations, set up gates, and ensure quality control while meeting production deadlines.

Responsibilities

Determine type of fold needed per current jobs.
Determine and print all needed paperwork for the job type.
Follow all procedures required and ensure compliance.
Select folding sections to be used.
Insert correct folding gates and blanks for fold.
Source printed materials for folding.
Set up feeder to fit sheets and adjust rollers.
Set fold gates to ensure correct fold quality and size.
Install and adjust slitters or scorers as needed.
Obtain QA sign-off for each job.
Monitor quality and size of finished leaflets during runs.
Box folded product for application or shipping.
Comply with SOPs, GMPs, attendance, and safety rules.
Work overtime as needed to complete tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Must comply with all departmental SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures), company GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices), Employee Handbook policies, including attendance, and all safety rules and standards.
Work Overtime as needed to complete tasks.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
