Responsibilities

• Determine type of fold needed per current jobs.
• Determine and print all needed paperwork for the job type.
• Follow all procedures required and ensure compliance.
• Select folding sections to be used.
• Insert correct folding gates and blanks for fold.
• Source printed materials for folding.
• Set up feeder to fit sheets and adjust rollers.
• Set fold gates to ensure correct fold quality and size.
• Install and adjust slitters or scorers as needed.
• Obtain QA sign-off for each job.
• Monitor quality and size of finished leaflets during runs.
• Box folded product for application or shipping.
• Comply with SOPs, GMPs, attendance, and safety rules.
• Work overtime as needed to complete tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
