Job summary

sg360 is seeking Folding/Imaging Mechanics for 1st shift (6am–2pm) and 3rd shift (10pm–6am) to operate, set up, and maintain folding and imaging equipment in our print production process. You will support production lines, ensure quality, and follow safety standards in a fast-paced facility in Wheeling, IL.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of folding and imaging equipment experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate folding and imaging equipment, including feeders, counters, glue systems, inkjet heads, and camera systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with operators to ensure proper loading, production, and packing of products.
• Achieve target production rates while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and complete production documentation.
