Modern Litho, a local, family-owned printing company with 85+ years of experience in Kansas City area, is hiring a Folder Operator. You will set up and operate folding machines, follow job tickets, and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work either day shift (6:00 AM–2:00 PM) or second shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) and join a collaborative team focused on reliability and safety. Competitive benefits and overtime available.

As a Folder Operator, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and basic maintenance of folding machines to produce accurate and high‑quality finished materials. This position plays a key role in maintaining production efficiency and quality standards in a fast‑paced environment. From Setup to Finish: Your Role in the Process

• Set up and operate folding equipment according to job specifications
• Follow written instructions on the job ticket to meet customer requirements
• Adhere to standard work methods and practices and safe work habits to ensure efficient and safe production
• Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills
• Maintain a reliable work attendance record
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production and quality goals

Your Production Schedule

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
