PostcardMania in Clearwater, FL is seeking a reliable Folder Operator to join our production team. You will set up, operate, and maintain folding equipment to ensure printed materials are finished accurately and efficiently, with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

This full-time, air-conditioned warehouse position runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, starting at $17/hour with pay based on qualifications and experience.

Your Mission

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Folder Operator to join our production team. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining folding equipment to ensure printed materials are finished accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to meeting production deadlines, and a focus on quality control and teamwork. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and help maintain a smooth and productive workflow throughout the finishing process.

Schedule & Pay

This is a full-time air-conditioned warehouse position

Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Starting pay of $17/hour, with flexibility based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand on your feet for 8 hours a day
• Good communication skills
• Good, friendly attitude toward the job and coworkers
• Must have some experience with equipment such as a Stahl folder, Baum folder, or MBO
