• Operate Jagenberg, Bobst, 7 Signature folder/gluers on cards and boxes to fold and glue as per work orders.
• Set up and adjust folder/gluer for efficient operation.
• Ensure proper box folding and gluing is consistent throughout production process.
• Maintain production records in the Logic computer system.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Communicate job information to the next shift operator.

About The Opportunity

• The person in this position shall operate Jagenberg, Bobst , 7 Signature folder/gluers on a variety of cards and boxes; taking plain or printed package items and feeding them into the machine to be folded and glued to produce a product per instructions on the work order.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines.
• Set up and make adjustments to folder/gluer for efficient operation.
• Ensure proper box folding and gluing is consistent throughout production process.
• Maintain accurate production records within the Logic computer system.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Communicate all job information to next shift operator.
• Play an active role in the cleanliness of the assigned equipment and surrounding area.
• Maintain acceptable production and quality standards.
• Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors.
