You will monitor glue application, inspect finished packs, and operate the Leary system to detect glue issues. Daily reporting and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Oversee crew and ensure safe, efficient production.
• Set up and start up machines, adjust for each job.
• Inspect products for quality and conformity to specs.
• Monitor glue application, folds, cuts, and print quality.
• Operate Leary system for glue detection and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew rotations, breaks, and assignments.
• Perform make-ready and job setup on the folding/gluing line.
• Proofread job jackets and collect customer samples when required.
• Meet production targets for waste, output, and readiness.
• Complete daily production reports and program code printers.
• Identify and report non-conformities in products.
