Role Description

The Folder Gluer Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sturgis, MI. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring folder gluer machines to produce packaging that meets quality, safety, and productivity standards. Daily tasks include reviewing job specifications, adjusting machine settings, loading materials, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues. The operator collaborates with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure efficient workflow, accurate counts, and timely completion of orders.
