Job summary

Great Northern in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a capable operator lead to oversee the 1st and 2nd Assistant Operators in the setup and operation of carton machines to meet customer specifications. You will help ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on every shift.

You will also participate in training, adjustments, and shift trades as needed, with a schedule that includes Sundays and overtime when required. This role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must complete 2nd Assistant and 1st Assistant Training.
• Experience leading or supervising machine operators is a plus.
• Comfort with overtime and Sunday shifts as needed.

Position Summary

Responsible for leading the 1st Assistant Operator and 2nd Assistant Operator in the set-up and operation of machines to: collate, fold and glue cartons to customer specifications within Great Northern - Oshkosh quality and efficiency standards.

Pay/Schedule

• $28.00 per hour
• Must complete 2nd Assistant and 1st Assistant Training.
• Work 36 hours be compensated for 40 hours 6am-6pm.
• Each week the schedule for the crews will switch (1st week Monday through Wednesday will be the Thursday through Saturday crew in 2nd week). Day and Night schedules will not switch. This schedule will require overtime flexibility which could include Sundays scheduled.
