We are seeking a passionate and agile Folder/Gluer Operator who is a problem-solver and excited by challenges. In this role, you will set up and operate folder/gluer machines to produce cartons meeting customer specifications, maintain equipment, track production schedules, communicate with QA and management about quality issues, and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and understand work instructions
• Follow production schedules
• Support machine efficiency through stock handling and setup
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform routine maintenance and report issues
• Operate machines to meet quality standards
• Conduct quality checks and communicate non-conformances

This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday through Thursday, with potential schedule adjustments based on manufacturing needs.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic math skills

• Mechanical aptitude and flexibility
• Ability to work overtime and in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• High school diploma or GED, or 3-5 years relevant experience
• Experience with folding equipment and in the industry
