We seek FOIA Associate | Information Resource Center (IRC) Administrative Support Services [USTDA0013012] candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as USTDA. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Information Resource Center (IRC) Administrative Support Services Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Information Resource Center (IRC) Administrative Support Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.
Job Overview
Provide services and support as a FOIA Associate [Information Resource Center (IRC) Administrative Support Services] in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) | Office of Administration Generally Located In Arlington, VA and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

Responsibilities
- Foundational admin support for document control, data management, and team coordination—fits entry-level administrative GSA role.
- Admin Support/Information Specialist – Connecting people and knowledge through proactive information sharing and efficient administrative systems.
- Admin Support/Information Specialists work to centralize resources, optimize workflows, and deliver responsive support services that promote clarity, efficiency, and growth.
- Support data and document management, assist with reports, and provide information coordination across teams.
- The role(s) are located in the Mid Atlantic Region near Arlington, VA. Initial work site: 1101 Wilson Blvd., Suite 1100 Arlington, VA 22209-3901 (subject to change or remote work).
Qualifications
Education / Experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Admin Support including Receptionist and Mail and File Management (non-exempt).
- At least 5 years of administrative management or relevant work experience.
- Experience in creating and implementing organizational or administrative management policies and procedures.
- Experience evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements.
- Experience providing training and technical assistance to staff.
- Experience in information and records management.
- Proficient in the use of IT programs, databases, and computerized systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to innovative and quality customer service.
- Physical ability to move a large number of files and/or file boxes.
- Experience with federal travel regulations; setting up conferences, boards, or training rooms.
- Experience with other administrative services like office management, facilities management, HR, and security.
- Experience providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting AV during events.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
- College degree in business or information management and/or related certifications preferred.

Skills
- Primarily focused on program and project management support in daily business activities aligned with Program Support activities for IRC Administrative Support Services.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel; comfortable with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, Visio; able to learn other tools quickly.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills; ability to respond flexibly in time-sensitive environments.
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/retain a SECRET security clearance.

- Curiosity, accuracy, and customer service mindset; serves as information liaison across internal departments.
Ancillary Details
- Security clearances: some personnel may need access to classified material; maintain clearances for duration of employment as required. DD Form 254 guidance may apply.
- All active work must maintain a Secret clearance with eligibility for Interim TS/SCI or full TS/SCI as applicable; compliance with FAR 52.204-2 and DoD security requirements.
- Standard Skills: project management methodologies, leadership, time management, prioritization, attention to detail, analytical and communication skills.
- EOE statements and visa sponsorship: US citizenship required; no visa sponsorship (H-1B/TN) for this position.
- Background checks and drug testing may be required for certain positions.
Other Details
Reports and Deliverables: The ProSidian Engagement Team is responsible for delivering the tasks described in the statement of work. Deliverables include:
- Weekly Status Report to the CO and COR on problems, accomplishments, and status.
- IRC Manual updates and annual revisions delivered to the COR.
- IRC Annual Calendar delivered to the CO and COR within specified timeframes.
- Project Information Management System (PIMS) reports; regular ad hoc reporting to the COR; recommendations to improve reporting practices.
