Job summary

AllianceBernstein in Nashville is seeking a FoHF Operations Analyst to oversee fund accounting, trade support, liquidity monitoring, and data maintenance for the AB Multi-Manager Alternative strategy.

You will collaborate with external hedge fund managers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate valuations, timely reporting, and strong controls across the fund complex.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, operations, or fund administration.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong Excel skills, including creating macros.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Fund Accounting: engage with hedge fund managers and administrators on valuations and accounting; oversee valuations and transactions.
• Trade Support: support subscription/redemption document prep; reconcile trades; monitor liquidity.
• Investment Management: assist Portfolio Planning, lead monthly calls, and coordinate performance reviews.
• Investment Data Maintenance: update returns from data sources; maintain portfolio sheets; assist ad-hoc data gathering.
• Operational Due Diligence Management: manage ODd provider relationship; review reports and audits; coordinate background checks.
