Rosetta Bakery currently seeks Front of the House Team Members (SERVER/CASHIER/BARISTA) to join our team in East Rutherford, NJ. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, greeting customers, memorizing menu items, and upholding Rosetta Bakery’s standards.

Shift options include Full-Time and Part-Time, with weekends mandatory. Compensation starts at $15.92 per hour plus generous tips, with weekly direct deposit and 40 hours of paid sick leave.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service to greet customers and answer questions.
• Memorization of menu items and fillings.
• Attention to detail to keep food displays stocked and Rosetta Bakery guidelines followed.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized work area per internal guidelines.
• Open/close store and follow schedules.
• Cashier duties with POS system and cash accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming customer service and greet customers on entry and exit.
• Answer questions and assist with menu items.
• Operate the POS system and manage cash receipts with accuracy.
• Keep displays clean, stocked, and organized per Rosetta Bakery standards.
• Work with Front and Back of House as a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and uniform/food policies.

Rosetta currently has an opening for Full Time Front of the House Team Members (SERVER/CASHIER/BARISTA) to join our team.

We welcome anyone with an amazing customer service experience providing a welcoming environment to all our customers.

Skills necessary to be successful:

• Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking directly with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. Willing to go above and beyond to greet all customers upon entering and leaving the store and answer all their questions with a smile and positive attitude.
• Good memorization skills to memorize menu items and fillings.
• Attention to detail to make sure the food display is always stocked and set up to Rosetta Bakery's guidelines.
• Maintains a clean and sanitized work area and follows Rosetta Bakery's internal sanitational guidelines.
• Follow opening or closing store guidelines.
• Cashier utilizing POS system, maintaining cash accuracy with receipts.
• Works as part of the team with both Front and Back of the house and provide support to other team members in their duties. Requires to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be willing to adhere to Rosetta Bakery Uniform & Food policy.
• Additional duties may be assigned from time to time.

Schedule:

We currently have openings for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions in both morning and afternoon shifts, weekends are mandatory.
