Job summary

Alpaca Chicken in North Carolina is seeking enthusiastic Front of House team members who provide welcoming, customer-focused service and help guests enjoy a great dining experience. You’ll greet customers, know the menu, assist with food service and checkout, and keep the dining area clean and inviting.

The FOH Team Member role varies day to day. You may be responsible for any of the following duties on any certain day.

Duties: (full list of mixed duties)

• Customer Facing
  • Have full knowledge of the menu
  • Greet customers with enthusiasm and answer any customer questions about the menu.
• Food Service
  • Learning proper portions
  • Ensure that all product is available at all times and being served up to standards
• Checkout
  • Assist in the checkout process, collect payment and bag food.
  • Maintain an accurate cash register and run credit cards.
• Cleaning
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
  • Touching on tables and bussing, and interacting with guests
• Additional
  • Opening, closing and side duties that may include but not limited to cleaning and stocking.
