Job summary

Windmill Food Hall in Carlsbad is seeking friendly Front-of-House Team Members to welcome guests with a warm smile, take and process orders accurately, handle payments, and keep the front-of-house area clean and organized.

You’ll collaborate with the kitchen, support restocking and light cleaning, and help deliver an outstanding guest experience per shift. Competitive hourly pay plus tips, staff discounts, and opportunities to grow with our expanding brands are part of the role.
