Job summary

Levy, a Compass Group brand, is hiring to supervise concessions at the Memphis Zoo. The FOH Supervisor/Lead will oversee multiple concession stands, direct staff, and ensure guest satisfaction during all operating hours.

This role requires strong leadership, knowledge of cash handling and food safety guidelines, and the ability to create an inviting guest experience in a high-traffic venue.

• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
• Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.

Summary

The FOH SUPERVISOR/LEAD Supervises the operations and hourly team of concession stands and performs a variety of concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience, for the food & beverage operations at Memphis Zoo.
