The role is full-time and hourly, offering $24–$25/hour plus a performance bonus tied to beverage sales growth. You will own the liquor, wine, and beer program and train staff on service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership in a high-volume setting.
• Strong knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine.
• Confident communicator with ability to provide direct feedback.
• Experience with Toast POS and scheduling software (Sling).
• Willing to work a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Oversee FOH team of 12–15 and optimize scheduling with Sling.
• Own and manage the beverage program, including inventory and recipes.
• Coach and conduct performance conversations with staff.
• Train onboarding for all FOH staff and enforce standards for side work and guest interactions.
• Utilize Toast POS for real-time sales and cash handling.
