Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across food and beverage, service quality, and venue maintenance. The role requires leadership across shifts and hands-on training of team members.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervision in a full-service restaurant, high standards for guest satisfaction, and relevant food safety and alcohol certifications.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years old.
• Minimum 1 year of full-service restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Food Safety and State Alcohol certification required.
• Availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Deliver a positive guest experience and atmosphere for guests and team members.
• Monitor speed of service to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Supervise daily shifts to ensure standards, product quality, and cleanliness.
• Assist in training of team members, including new hires and existing staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Description

The FOH Supervisor assists and provides excellent guest experience to our guests by overseeing the quality and consistency of our service, food and beverage, overall operation, and maintenance of the venue. They are responsible for every job function in the venue and as such must be able to personally perform and train others in every job function and support team members' training.

Job Responsibilities

• The ability to provide supervision during assigned shifts
• Provides team members, and guests with a positive experience and atmosphere
• Monitors speed of service to ensure a positive guest experience
• Supervise daily shifts to ensure standards, product quality, and cleanliness is maintained
• Assist in the training of team members, including new hires as well as existing team members
• Assists with cleanliness and organization of the venue
• Ensures proper cash handling procedures are followed
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

Education & Experience

• HS Diploma or GED Certification
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum of 1 Year full-service restaurant supervisory experience preferred
• Food Safety, State Alcohol certification required
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
• Comfortable with flashing lights & loud noises.
