GJELINA GROUP is seeking a FOH Shift Lead - Grocer in Los Angeles to lead and support the store team, mentor staff, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will cover breaks, help with daily operations, and ensure we meet our high standards for service and freshness.
You will manage inventory, operate the POS system, assist guests, and build relationships with regulars and local vendors while upholding California labor laws and safety protocols during fast-paced shifts.
Wage Range: $26 to $28 per hour (DOE and state) + Tips
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for in-depth product knowledge of the entire store. They will be responsible for leading and supporting the entire team, including but not limited to covering breaks and mentorship. They will also be responsible for building meaningful relationships with the local community and guests.
