Zusammenfassung

Mamahuhu is seeking a friendly Front of House Shift Lead to manage daily service in our casual 40-seat dining room. You will run food, bus the dining area, and operate the POS counter during service while opening and closing Front of House.

This role requires leadership across shift teams and a collaborative, can-do attitude. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in hospitality leadership, a strong work ethic, and a passion for Chinese-American cuisine and hospitality.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience in a hospitality leadership role (Shift Lead or similar).
• Strong work ethic and teamwork mindset.
• Sense of urgency and proactive approach to daily tasks.
• Passion for great hospitality and service.

Aufgaben

• Run food, bus dining room, and manage POS counter during service.
• Open and close Front of House and assist during all shifts.
• Coach team members to deliver Mamahuhu's service standards.
• Support expediter in the kitchen as needed.
