Job description

Hey there, foodie trailblazers and hospitality superheroes!

Get ready to experience the most mouthwatering and jaw-dropping concept ever! We're searching for Leaders who have a passion for food, development, and hospitality. If you are the creme-de-la-creme, we want to hear from you!

Imagine a hip and happening joint, fresh as the morning dew, serving up culinary awesomeness on a silver platter. We're talking about the finest, locally-sourced ingredients, spun into modern twists of your all-time favorite dishes. Morning, noon, or night - we've got you covered with breakfast, lunch, supper, and our legendary brunch!

Are you ready to join a team where every day is a new adventure? We are seeking enthusiastic Leaders who can do it all. From providing exceptional hospitality to crafting Instagram-worthy lattes and delivering handcrafted cocktails, our leaders are versatile in hospitality and elevated service. As the smiling face of our brand, we depend on you to forge genuine connections with our guests every day.

So, who is Dish Society?

You must've heard the tales of our smashing success in Houston. The city can't get enough of us, and we scooped up accolades faster than you can down a mimosa flight! From being crowned one of Houston's top 25 restaurants by the Houston Press to snagging the title of the best brunch in all of Texas by USA Today - we nailed it! And guess what? The roots of our genius idea come straight from the minds of Austinites and UT alumni. But hold onto your cowboy hats; we're aiming for total domination, sweeping across Texas and beyond, to every corner of this great nation!

We are what the industry folks refer to as fine fast casual. This means we are a counter service restaurant that delivers a more elevated dining experience not commonly found in other counter service restaurants. This isn't just any place; we are open all day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests order from the counter and get their own drinks and sit wherever they want or can sit at the bar and receive full service. We have a full bar serving handcrafted cocktails, local beer, and a tidy wine list. Our best-in-class coffee program rivals the best coffee shops in town. Our chef-driven menu changes seasonally and is composed of the finest and freshest locally sourced ingredients around.

What does our service look like?

Because we're counter service, we don’t have servers; we have rockstar front of house team members that do a little bit of everything: take orders, schmooze with guests, run food, make drinks, get the pups on the patio some fresh water and a treat, maybe drop off a catering order, etc.

Enough about us - let's talk about YOU! We're on the hunt for extraordinary folks who live and breathe our core values (pride, hospitality, growth, and family spirit). People who can serve up exceptional experiences to our guests and their fellow team members with flair and finesse.

Are you passionate about sustainability, local sourcing, and community involvement? Are you a team player with a magnetic attitude and a work ethic that's pure gold? Are you a go-getter, a dreamer, a hospitality wizard with a passion for success and scrumptious food?

If you're fist-pumping and yelling "hell yeah!" at the screen, then we absolutely need to chat!

*We're on the hunt for team members with open availability, both full-time and part-time. Weekend warriors wanted and required!
