Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a dedicated FOH Lead Supervisor to join our Houston Harte C, San Angelo operation. This full-time role oversees dining room service and staff across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, ensuring high-quality products and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience; a meal is provided with each 5-hour shift. Benefits and growth opportunities are available within a busy food service environment.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitors food service operation to ensure top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, ensuring signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
