Unidine is hiring immediately for a full time FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR position.

Location: Bethesda Gardens - 420 South Kirkwood Road, Saint Louis, MO 63122. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time schedule. Days may vary, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm; more details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous full-service restaurant supervisory experience is preferred but not required.

Pay Range: $19.00 per hour to $21.00 per hour

Job Summary: Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
2. Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
3. Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
4. Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
5. Performs other duties as assigned.
