Location: University of Evansville

• We are hiring immediately for a full time FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR position.
• Address: 1800 Lincoln Avenue, Evansville, IN 47722. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Tuesday through Saturday, 12:00 am to 8:00 pm; more details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous supervisory experience, food service experience, and guest service experience are preferred, but not required.
• Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
