Job summary

Eurest is hiring immediately for a front of house lead supervisor at Wayfair, 8298 E Northfield, Denver, CO 80238. This is a full-time and part-time role with schedules spanning Monday through Sunday; hours may vary. Barista/food service experience is required.

Monitors the service operation to ensure top quality products and service. It also involves inventory management, staff supervision, signage accuracy, and adherence to company and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Barista/food service experience required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
