BIBIBOP is seeking enthusiastic Front of House & Back of House Team Members in the Columbus area. This role supports both guest services and kitchen duties, contributing to a fast-paced, healthy dining experience.

You will greet guests, assist with orders, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety standards while working with a positive, collaborative team and flexible hours. Growth opportunities and meal benefits are highlighted in the team program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and create positive connections.
• Ensure guests receive BIBIBOP’s signature service while multitasking efficiently.
• Follow and promote BIBIBOP’s vision, values, and standards.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Always maintain food safety and sanitation practices.
• Portion, prep, clean, and assist with various kitchen tasks.
• Regularly sanitize workstations and operate kitchen equipment safely.
