Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Centers in Raleigh, NC, is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant in our growing company.

As FOH Manager you will oversee guest experiences, coach servers and bartenders, ensure safety and standards, and maintain smooth bar operations while fostering a fun, team-focused atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience.
• Experience in hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an exciting and fun atmosphere to ensure a great experience for our guests and team
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, developing, scheduling, and evaluating servers and bartenders
• Adhering to core standards, HR policies, training, safety requirements
• Lead and manage the FOH staff and oversee all FOH operations
• Have a thorough knowledge of our restaurant & menus
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the bar
• Maintain an organized workspace
