We're looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team in the Gluing Department. In this role, you'll be an essential part of assembling foam blocks into high-quality structures, ensuring precision and consistency throughout the process.

Shift

2nd Shift - M-F - 1:30 PM-10 PM
3rd Shift S-Th - 9:30 PM-5:30 AM

Pay Rate

$18.00

Responsibilities

• Perform precise gluing tasks, assembling foam blocks according to established guidelines.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet AEC's standards.
• Safely manage and organize foam materials throughout the production process.
• Work effectively with team members and follow supervisor instructions to achieve production goals.
• Propose improvements to enhance process efficiency and product quality.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing experience is required, with a preference for experience in foam production or gluing.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and ability to follow procedures
