Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years manufacturing/engineering experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SPC, automotive quality standards, and Lean practices is a plus.
• Willing to work various shifts and use AutoCAD and Windows tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop formulations and pour patterns to meet production specifications.
• Manage daily process operations and liaise with maintenance on equipment issues.
• Collaborate with production to resolve concerns and optimize yields.
• Plan and execute process improvement experiments.
• Coordinate health, safety, and quality audit activities.
• Write and update SOPs and related procedures.
