Ashley Furniture is seeking a Manager of Foam Fabrication to lead foam production across departments, ensuring safety, quality, and cost objectives while mentoring supervisors and coordinating with Planning, HR, Quality, and Supply Chain.

You will optimize production flow, resource use, and workforce performance in a safety-conscious facility, with Lean practices and continuous improvement at the core; engineering and ERP experience preferred.

Competenze

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years manufacturing leadership experience.
• Supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, capacity planning, and resource management.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; willingness to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

Required

• Associate'sdegreeorequivalentexperience.
• 5+yearsofmanufacturingleadershipexperience,preferablyinfoamproductionorarelatedenvironment.

• KnowledgeofLeanManufacturing,processimprovement,capacityplanning,andresourcemanagement.

Manufacturingenvironmentwithexposuretonoise,temperaturefluctuations,materialhandlingequipment,andpolyurethaneproductionprocesses.Requiresextendedstanding/walkinganduseofPPE,includingsafetyglasses,steel-toedboots,respirators,andprotectiveclothing.
