Job summary

Kaas Tailored in Mukilteo, WA is seeking a Foam Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will build foam components used in furniture and aerospace parts, reading drawings, and following lean processes to uphold quality.

Regular shift is 5:45 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday through Thursday, with overtime if needed. Starting wage is $19.40 per hour, with a range up to $25.25, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Able to read and comprehend drawings.
• Follow directions to maintain high-quality standards.
• Comfortable using a variety of tools to assemble and cut foam.
• Systematic thinker, quick learner and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CNC Router to transform foam blanks into parts
• Use band saw, pin wire saw, and hand saw to cut and shape foam into parts
• Assemble foam and plastic components into finished assembled parts
• Stand for the duration of a 10-hour shift
• Communicate effectively with the team
