Job summary

Quality Waterproofing + Insulation is hiring a Laborer to install and replace insulation in residential and commercial settings. You will handle loading, unloading, and handling insulation materials, including spray foam, while following safety guidelines.

The role requires lifting 50+ lbs, basic insulation knowledge, and the ability to work in tight spaces and varying temperatures. A valid driver’s license is required, with Class E license to be obtained within two weeks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license required; Class E license to be obtained within 2 weeks of hire.
• Able to communicate with Production Manager.
• Basic knowledge of insulation materials.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces.
• Able to work in heat, cold, heights, and low ceiling spaces.
• Able to use hand tools and power tools to install insulation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
