Responsibilities

• Interpret and understand assembly instructions.
• Cut foam components according to work instructions and prints using band saw, CNC, pin saw, hand saw, etc.
• Check conformance to drawings and verify items on the work order before final inspection.
• Minimize scrap by understanding the assembly process.
• Assist inventory of raw materials and finished components.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
• Inform relevant departments of suggestions and errors for process improvement.
• Provide assistance with component assembly as needed.
