Piedmont Health Services, Inc. is seeking a qualified Advanced Practice Provider (Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Medical Department at the Burlington, NC location.

You will deliver ambulatory primary care with emphasis on comprehensive patient management across all ages, including acute and chronic care, preventive services, and occasional urgent care within center hours. The role requires NC PA/NP licensure with DEA, BLS, and completion of an approved program.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current licensure as a PA or NP in North Carolina; DEA registration.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full range of ambulatory primary care services.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across all ages.
• Provide preventive and well-child care; perform minor procedures.
• Handle occasional medical emergencies; coordinate with supervising physician.
