The role collaborates with psychiatry, nursing and clinical teams to improve patient health and recovery.

Qualifications

• Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Florida.
• DEA registration.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical histories and physical examinations (H&Ps) upon admission.
• Conduct medical follow-up visits and ongoing assessments during hospitalization.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, and treatment teams.
• Manage medical consultations and coordinate care as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality and patient safety initiatives.
