Job summary

Marshall Medical Centers is seeking a hospital dietary aide to prepare all foods for meal service for patients and the cafeteria. The role covers breakfast, lunch, dinner, meats, vegetables, modified diets, and special items as directed.

The ideal candidate will have HS/GED, experience in high-volume food prep, and may have supervisory experience. Strong communication, organization, and knowledge of sanitation and recipe adherence are essential to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• HS/GED preferred.
• Food preparation experience in a high volume setting preferred.
