Job summary

D3 Air and Space Operations, Inc is seeking a seasoned aviation operations expert to support FMS for fighter aircraft and related weapon systems. The role involves advising USAF leaders, drafting export guidance, and coordinating with industry and DoD bodies in Washington, D.C.

Duties include briefings and policy support, with potential telework arrangements as appropriate. Applicants should have 500+ flying hours and active TS/SCI clearance, with experience in international military cooperation

Qualifications

• Experienced pilot or weapons systems operator in 4th/5th gen fighters, or equivalent.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and NATO Secret status are required.
• Experience working with foreign militaries is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, tactical, and technical expertise for export of fighter aircraft systems.
• Support development of USAF export guidance and foreign disclosure policies.
• Advise senior USAF leaders on programs of record and related capabilities.
• Draft technical briefings, papers, and correspondence for DoD and interagency reviews.
• Coordinate with DoD, DoS, and allies to facilitate interoperable exports and training.
